Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park
First built in the early 2000s as Western Park, a bland and instantly forgettable green space, the entire park was torn up, rebuilt and reopened last year. It is the now the antithesis of most Hong Kong parks, with a welcoming, attractive design and a real sense of place.
